Who we are.....
We are a husband and wife team that are licensed mortgages agents as well as real estate investors with properties in Ontario, Michigan and Florida. Quite a few years ago, we decided to both become mortgage agents as the mortgage agent that we were working with at the time did not fully educate us and listen to what our short- and long-term goals were at the time. As a result, we were put into mortgage products and decisions were made that were not in our best interest at the time.
As independent mortgage professionals, we work with many clients that are first time home buyers, upsizing/downsizing, buying secondary properties (vacation homes, rentals etc.), refinancing as well as people who are selling then buying.
We have built a successful virtual business which allows us to work with clients across Ontario that are purchasing or refinancing properties across Canada.
