Lee-Anne Nicholson obtained her Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Laurentian University. She has held various management positions in her career in the manufacturing sector and has continuously looked at further better herself through personalized career coaching, various personality assessments including True Colours and 16 personalities. She also studied LEAN Management concepts and actively incorporates it into the workplace along with her personal life. Throughout her education and career Lee-Anne always had an entrepreneurial spirit in which she wanted to be in charge of her own career and decisions.
As real estate investors, Lee-Anne & Mike hold a global portfolio of properties in Ontario, Michigan and Florida. As a result, Lee-Anne has a sound understanding of mortgage processes from both the client and processing side. Lee-Anne is always investing in herself and has done very specialized training programs with one of the top training brokers in Canada. This ensures all clients are getting the upmost knowledge and service with respect to their unique situations.

Mike Nicholson studied Business Administration at Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology. Directly out of College, Mike started his Sales career with Frito Lay Canada for many years then further expanded his sales skillset with Nestle Canada, Wurth Canada and OLG (Ontario Lottery & Gaming).
Mike is very active in many networking groups and is always learning new products with respect to mortgages and how they can benefit client's in various situations. With over 30 years of business experience, he has a strong understanding of customer service and realizes the importance building strong relationships with clients and all working partners (realtors, lenders, lawyers, home inspectors and appraisers).
